Building a control system for a ODDY Dough Divider

This is an ODDY Dough divider for making flour tortillas. The customer bought it at auction without its control system.
Techknowman designed a custom control system using an Automation Direct DL06 PLC and other components.
This was all placed in a 24"X 24"X 6" stainless enclosure. Connections to the machine were via 2 Umbilical cables that have
Epic/Contact Quick connect and disconnect, connectors at there ends. 1 being a 24pin the other a 16.
Three, three phase and two D.C. motors power the machine.
This work was done entirely at the owners facility in Fort Worth Texas.

Below is a close up of the panel before final completion.
The system connects to 240V 30A 3phase.
It has a 60A Altech disconnect.
Control power is supplied by a 500VA Step-down transformer.
D.C. Power is provided by a 120watt (5A) 24VDC Power supply.
D.C. Motor speed control for the 2 90VDC motors is provided by Minarik MC series units.
PLC is a Automation Direct DL06 DC in DCout unit.
Output and Isolation relays.
3, 3Pole Circuit Breakers (D Curve) for motor branch circuit protection.
3, Motor contactors with motor overload protection.
The PLC's program was written, tested and customer approved on site as well.
