| I make a variety of
replacement controls and upgrades for the Famoso counter
stackers. The systems below are for the 4800 Series. Custom solutions for these and others are available. |
|
| BASIC | This is the general purpose
replacement for the Omron control system that was
originally included in the machine. It comes with a new Automation Direct DL05 P.L.C. preprogrammed with the counter stacker program. Also included is a new 24V.D.C. 2Amp Power supply. All this mounted to a metal panel that can easily be mounted in the machine in place of the old Omron P.L.C. The unit is pre-wired to terminal blocks that make connection of the Basic to the existing wiring easy. Electrical drawings and Free Technical support and Limited Warranty for a year are included. This system comes pre-Programmed with the Super Version of software allowing for an easy upgrade to the Super by adding the Basic Upgrade. |
| SUPER | This replacement for the Omron
control system includes a 4 line Operator Interface
Terminal (O.I.T.) This OIT allows for direct programming of the machines setups including; Individual lane count presets from 1 to 99 for each lane. ( no more fixed knob presets) Total count of each lane's individual total product, piece, and package counts. Resetable from O.I.T. Individual lane gate air cylinder timing control. It comes with the same Automation Direct DL05 P.L.C. and 24V.D.C. 2Amp Power supply as the basic. A EZ-TEXT 420 Operator Interface Terminal and cable to connect to the P.L.C. All
this mounted to a metal panel that can easily be mounted
in the machine in place of the old Omron P.L.C. |
| BASIC+ | The same as the Basic but adds
a 10-Base T Ethernet card for connection to a plant data
collection system. This allows remote setup of the machine. Using remote setup allows removal of the count preset knobs. |
| SUPER+ | The same as the Super but adds
a 10-Base T Ethernet card for connection to a plant data
collection system. This allows remote setup of the machine, |
