| This
is my GIGABOX |
I may decide
to manufacture this box.
Due to its low cost, though I will have to have the
machine work done on a CNC machine to make it worth my
while.
I would need to do a lot of them to make it cost
effective. |
This is the top of the
player.
It has a Back lit display (Gleaming
White) and a custom light button
area.
|
 |
Unfortunately!
I had to put the screen and
buttons sideways in the case to
make things fit
|
 |
The orange and black wire
were just
to power the LCD back light and
buttons.
|
 |
The Gleaming White EL
sheet is
more of a light blue when viewed
through the polarizing film of the
LCD.
|
 |
| This is how everything
fits in there. You can see why I had to turn the LCD and
Buttons side ways. Due to the posts that hold the halves
together. |
 |
This was a quick back
light for the Buttons. I'll make one that uses surface
mount LED's on the original one. |

This is a actual screen

working. |

This shows the USB 1.1
Connector
that I added. |
To the right shows the
updated internal
view of the player. |
